SEPHIS Grant Programme for Individuals

Individuals from developing countries, pursuing high level of academic education can seek grants under the SEPHIS grants programme. SEPHIS is providing fellowships to individuals who are either doing post-doctoral research or PhD to cover their travel, research costs and other expenses including salary according to the local standards. The duration of the grant support can be from period of three months to two years. Applicants need to be affiliated or employed at the local university. Interested individuals need to submit proposals along with the CV and other documents. The proposals should be based upon "the history, theory and develoment practice." The two sub-themes of the SEPHIS Programme are:

1. Equity, Exclusion and Liberalization.
2. The Forging of Nationhood & The Contest over Citizenship, Ethnicity and History.
